Instead of just applying online, make sure you call the nursing recruiter. They can help you out a ton. There are a few hospitals out here in Las Vegas that is extremely hard to get into as a new nursing grad; however, there are a few hospitals that are willing to take all of the new grads they can get their hands on! Hospitals like Desert Springs and Sunrise have dozens and dozens of open nursing positions and usually do a lot of hiring of new grads.
