yet another Quick Question

Does anybody know if the crna position is offered elsewhere. Internationally I mean. Through my limited research it seems to be an American thing, not availible in the Commonwealth or Europe. Do you guys have International Conferences/symposiams or know of any links?
Thanks.
p.s. how do you spell symposiams
