Hello to everyone that will be attending tcu. Im getting nervous because my interview is not until the middle of March. Im wondering how many more seats they could possibally have by that time? I submitted my application on Feb 1st for the late deadline.
When did they tell you guys that you were accepted? Did they tell you the same day of the interview or let you know a week or two latter? Any advice would really be appriciated.

I can't quote numbers, but I believe there were only one or two local clinical sites left as of 2 weeks ago.
At this point you might be wait-listed.
I heard back almost immediately.
One friend heard back in one week,
the other is still waiting, now going on 1 1/2 weeks.
Best of luck and hopefully we'll be classmates in the fall.
Let me know, we (bunch of TCU acceptees) are going to try and hook up some time before classes start.

If you really want to get in let them know at the interview that you would be willing to go to EL PASO, I had only chosen Tulsa not knowing that site was now disbanded so they sent me a regection letter. I then sent them an email stating i would go anywhere even el paso. I just wish I had known about the Tulsa site thing or I would have chosen a fortworth clinical site. Thanks GC

For those wanting to go to El Paso...
Try to find out why El Paso is now a clinical site? Try to ask them what happened in El Paso? Why the anesthesia residency for anesthesiologist was removed and why all of a sudden the hospital needs RRNA's?

Check this out!!!

Found an interesting article about the anesthesiology residency ( or lack there of) at the EL PASO site for TCU. They don't even have a pediatric hospital in EL PASO. TCU students are really going to have to commute to get all the experience necessary.

Just wanted to throw my name on the list. Look forward to meeting everyone. I found out I got in after I interviewed in November! Good Luck to those waiting.
