Getting Recommendations
I have heard some people state that they have gotten rec. letters from CRNA's, and Anesthesiologist; how was this accomplished because, i don't typically work side-by-side with with them other than when they transport pts. from Sx, how did you all ( for those who did) accomplish that? Was it from shadowing or what, because most of the recs. ask about clinical skills.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Re: recommendations

A good reference from a CRNA, I consider to be the gold standard in references. I would shadow a CRNA aq couple of times ask good questions and show a lot of interest. Most programs will highly value a reference from a CRNA.

Good luck
