Orlando AANA meeting??

How did it go down there?? Just curious since I did not get to go. I have not talked to anyone that has been as of yet.

Yesterday in my orientation, they talked about how the AANA is talking about and actually acting on revamping and lowering the required number of central venous accesses a student has to accomplish to graduate. I guess there just are not as many lines out there. MY school also talked up their new publication at the meeting. Otherwise I didn't hear much else about it.

Why would they decrease the number of lines? I had not heard that one yet. Did you here any reasoning behind the decision?
