Hi all,

am currently in my last year of anesthesia school and am starting to check out different hospitals and anesthesia groups. was hoping there were some seasoned CRNAs out there to give me advice as to what kind of questions to be asking and things to be looking for beyond obvious things like base salary, health insurance, and 401k stuff. hate to admit it, but am completely clueless and am unsure even what to ask. any advice would be appreciated...have my first "interview" next week and feel completely ill-prepared. have pretty much already been offered the job, but don't know how to make sure it's a good deal and a good fit.
