Well, I couldn't stand the suspense, and finally called the school today and was told by the program director that I had been accepted. I'm pretty darn excited and looking forward to my January start date.
After going to the program orientation day (held the day of the interview), the program appears to be even better than I even expected.
There was 24 applicants, and only six seats, so I'm pretty honoured to have been chosen. Praise God.
I'll try to answer any questions I can. Thanks again for the help I've found on this board.
Congrats!!! Do you know what you had and the other 18 didn't? Do you know what qualities you had that may have made them pick you over the other? Thanks for your input. Congratulations once again, that's awesome!!!
First of all, congrats.......what kind of questions were asked and what was it like? how long was it?.......send me some details please......thanx, Mike!

Am I the only one wondering why "Brenna's Dad" is not talking to us anymore? Wonder if the school faculty changed their minds regarding their previous statement of admittance?
Sorry Guys. I've been EXTREMELY busy with work and life of late and have forgotten I made this post.
1. I have been accepted into Gonzaga University in WA state.
2. I'm planning on financing the first year myself with loans during the second year. My wife is an RN and has graciously agreed to support me during school
3. Believe it or not, the questions were mostly about why I wanted to be a nurse anesthetist, where I saw myself in 5 years, what I liked most about nursing, what preparations I had made for school, etc. It was very similar to nilespoc's experience.
