good credit and school loans

I was accepted to Wesleyan, and now I'm reaaaallly nervous about finances! I understand that govt stafford loans will only pay enough for tuition....I've heard from several people that there are 3 specific companies who specialize in private graduate ed loans........does anybody know who they are???? I do have very good credit at this point........would appreciate any ideas?

Home equity...

If you own your home, what about using home equity? Either as a loan or line of credit. Anyone have any thoughts with that vs. the Stafford loans offered...I wonder if using home equity would have better interest rates? Maybe the interest would be tax deductible. Hmmmm.....
