[Shenanigans]

Greetings to all.

I'm a 3rd year nursing student in NZL and we have an assignment where we have to create a nursing job that doesn't exist in our current district health board. NZL doesnt' have NA's.

I'm basically looking for any really solid evidence to support that having NA's is more cost effective. So far, I've only found evidence that's from 1994.

I've found the website for the NA's association in America and was wondering if there are any places I could be directed that could give me more info on why it'd be better to have NAs.
