Many hospitals are having to cut back and unfortunately it is the supervisory positions that are cut back the most. If you do not want to do bedside, would you be interested in home care? Clinic? The most jobs will be bedside, and I guess you would have to search a bit to find something that isn't bedside. At my hospital, they just cut out quite a few supervisory/manager positions.

Check out careerbuilder, I along with many other employers in the Twin Cities area use them for advertising our openings.
