I learned a lot on my floor and other floor because of getting pulled occasionaly to other floors. It has been a journey and I almost can't believe a year has came and went. Now being a nurse for a year now, I feel ready to go back to school but I need to go to a school that is convenient and not as time consuming like an getting an associates degree was.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I have my application online for the Nurse Tech position, but no calls so far. Some hospitals offer the RN to BSN through their hospital and pay up to 80 % of your tuition. Did you look in to that with your employer? I know Oakwood does it, and I think a few others do too. That might be an option. I am glad your first year went by fast. I am so excited to start mine. Life outside of school? I can't even imagine right now, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am anxious about taking those boards too. Well, I wish you the best of luck in finding a program that is right for you. I was just looking at U of M Nursing School, and they have the RN to BSN to MSN program, that sounded interesting. You can go on their website and request info be sent to you. Madonna has a similar program too. Have a great weekend.
