Re: Are there any nurses in Michigan not in school?

Yeah experienced Nurses, post the Good, Bad, and Ugly of nursing. Tell us where you work, about the environment of your job, if you have any suggestions for nursing students as to where to work. Give us some insight on the field in Michigan especially with the economy the way it is. Does your place of employment offer overtime, how much does the your place of employment start off in salary. Do tell! We're listening.

Thanks

In regard to your request you are probably wondering why you are not geting posts/ could be conditions of at will contracts that state not to discuss any derogatory remarks, about place of employment by name

Re: Are there any nurses in Michigan not in school?

Update on my Bay City move:
I finally found a renter for my house and scheduled the movers to come out next week and do an inventory of all my stuff. I should be headed to Bay City the 3rd or last week of June. I have already put in my notice at work. I am working on getting an interview scheduled for the week of Memorial Day as I will be in Bay City. I am trying to get an interview with MidMichigan Hospital in Midland and with the MDOC. I am just waiting to hear back from both of them. It seems the prison in Freeland has 2 openings for RN's. I am not sure yet where I want to work hospital or corrections or maybe Home health. I will know a lot better when I go on my interviews and when I actually move there.
