Has anyone taken the nutrition class online with Barbara Zabitz? or Willie Singleton? who would you recommend?

i took it online with zabitz, liked her, got an A, but lots of work, but then again, it doesnt matter if u take it online or campus, it is a very involved class...good luck!

I also took it online with Zabitz. Very time consuming, not hard - just alot of stuff to do. Good luck!

You will have several assignments to complete, plus a nutrition analysis where you will evaluate what you eat over a period of time and then you will need to print off and turn in (well this is probably different for online) this assignment.

It has been a while since I took it, but it doesn't matter where you take it or with whom it is all the same. Just like someone else pointed out it's not a hard class and the work isnt hard there is just a lot of it! I hope this helps you.

Not gonna lie to you...there is at least 2 chapters per week, each of them having an assignment on the CD that comes with the books, plus an assignment she gives you, posting to the boards (your own post, plus posting to others) and a weekly exam, then there is the group project.... I took this class with Micro and Patho, and this one by far gave me the biggest headache, it seemed i had something to do for it everyday. As long as you are disciplined and dont get behind you will be fine...Mrs Z is very kind, and will answer any questions you have. Good Luck!

I had some much stuff going on at home, that I didn't have the chance to research instructors as usual.
I registered for Zabitz's online - DT130 Nutrition.
I've yet to purchase the textbook/supplies because I logged into BlackBoard and saw that it'll take 36 hours for the proper hotlink.
