I would suggest contacting the school you would like to attend. Good Luck!

It's my understanding that schools develop their own nursing curricula based on guidelines established by the NLN. Consequently, content in core nursing courses can vary and is often not identical from school to school. Same is true for clinical experiences, where grading is subjective and is usually Pass/Fail, and counted in the grade for that particular nursing course. For that reason, nursing courses like Nursing 101, 102, etc, are rarely transferrable. Notice I didn't say NEVER, but rarely. Other degree credit courses like English, Algebra, A&P, Chem, etc should transfer with no problem. But nursing courses, for the most part, do not.

When in doubt, check with the institution you'd like to attend.
