I am going to take AP2 by winter and I was trying to figure out if which one would be best to take with it - Chem 1 (which I don't think is as interesting for sure - but the question is - is it easier than Microbiology) or Microbiology. Also taking Chem instead will mean having to take two more classes on top of that since it is one less credit that Microbio - so I will have Developmental Psych as well as something else (probably online). Or I can take Microbiology + Dev Psych + AP2 = 12credits.

At my school it requires you to take chem before micro. I would do chem & A&P before I would do micro and A&P.

I am taking micro and A& P 2 right now. It's a lot of work but not really bad. Micro is interesting.

I'm a chemist so it wouldn't bother me to take chem at the same time as other hard classes, heck my entire BS and MS were chemistry, but it seems that most people struggle with chemistry and think it is pretty hard.

I took AP at the same time as micro and it wasn't too bad...at least I didn't think so. I think the instructors you have make all the difference though as well as your dedication to the classes and coursework. I tend to do better at the biology type of science courses more so than chemistry though. I stink at chem or at even understanding chem in the least bit...lol so I might be a bit partial! lol
