Hi, my name is amy, and i have been a nurse for 2 years, I currently just started in the icu at a trauma hospital in florida, and i am interested in moving back to boston. I was wondering what hospitals are good to work at as a nurse in boston. I am looking for a good atmosphere and lots of learning experiences, but mostly i just want to like where i work and feel appreciated! any information could help. Thanks!

I think this can be somewhat subjective but I have heard nurses say they love to work at MGH, the Brigham, Boston Medical Center, Dana Farber and Children's. I'm sure there are places outside of Boston that are great also.

Hi Amy! I work at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge (it's a teaching hospital for Harvard U) and I love it there! It's really homey and the morale there is excellent. I work step-down icu/micu rotating days and nights and I couldn't love my nurse managers more. Good luck with your search in the meantime
