Wages for new grad (RN) in the Boston area

Hi! I'm curious...what's the starting salary for newly licensed RN in the Boston area? I'm specifically interested in MGH, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Also could anyone share with me their orientation experience in any of these hospitals? Thank you!!!

I currently work at Beth Israel hospital. They pay $25/hr (that's your base pay figured in with shift differential). They are salaried here, but you do get paid overtime and holiday pay. The orientation was great because I had an excellent preceptor. They just started doing new grad orientation classes, but they sent me to them even though I was off of orientation. It was great to go to the new classes and they helped a lot. Just something to think about. Hope this helps!

Hi Marnaby! Thank you for replying to my message. I was wondering how long is the orientation program at Beth Israel? 3 months??? So during orientation, you attend classes...then you are paired up one on one with a preceptor? =)
