Hello,

I am wondering if anyone on this site knows whether Shriners in Boston hires new grads. I am currently a MA paramedic and have occationally transferred children there and have an interest in working there as a nurse after I graduate in May 07. I am also wondering if they allow student nurses to shadow thier more experienced nurses for a day to see what it is like, although I understand this may not be allowed do the infection risk. Thanks for any info.

they will hire new grads. I interviewed there when I was a new grad (i didn't take the job) and they were trying to revamp a new grad "program". However it was the rehabilitation side, i'm unsure of the "ICU". You have much more experience than me though, good luck!
