Office nursing jobs

Hi everyone,
I am looking for an office RN position on the north shore of boston, does anyone know of any openings or advice on how to get one?

Contact some local insurance companies, both health and car insurance. I used to be an claims adjuster (car insurance) and we always had nurses on staff to review medical records on personal injury cases. It was a very cushy job for the nurses. I'm sure they loved it after years of working the floor.
