Re: MA hospitals w/ tuition remission?

I've been researching the same thing myself, since I want to work at a place (after graduation) that will reimburse (or even better, remit) tuition for graduate school. I'm going to have a lot of student loan debt after I'm done with my current program, so I probably won't be able to afford more debt for a private MSN program without assistance. It's kind of ironic that most every Boston area hospital I've looked at doesn't offer their nurses substanial tuition reimbursement (ie >$5000/yr). For example, the BI's tuition reimbursement for employees is something like $1500/yr for FT employees ($750 for PT)- which increases to about $2 grand after 5 years. Lahey has some sort of "tuition assistance" program, although they don't say how much/yr. By comparison, HUP/UPenn in Philly offers their nurses up to 100% pre-paid tuition assistance, and Hopkins offers up to $10,000/yr (I think), which is pretty darn attractive. I grew up in MA, love Boston, and loved working at the hospital I worked at, but I don't know how I could handle the tuition bills for grad school without some substantial assistance from my employer (barring any scholarships).
Oh yeah, the BI does have a program where they will pay for select employees to go to the Mass Bay CC's ADN program. I've never heard about them offering $3 grand a year to RN students, though.
