I just passed nursing school from Laboure College with a associates degree and very psyched!! I was wondering if anyone knew the pathway into the ccu, or if certain hospitals train within or would it be a good idea to get some extra certification elsewhere in critical care nursing!!

I believe the caritas hospitals esp. good samaritan has a direct entry to icu program. I think that laboure is connected to good sam. Congrats on your degree. Did you pass the NCLEX yet?

i couldn't find the critical care interships you mentioned advertised anywhere. do you know anything more about the mt auburn and good samaritan internships? thanks!
