Wink CLINIC vs.HOSPITAL

Hello everyone, after months and months of searching for a new grad job, I think I am going to take a position with Fallon Clinic. My question is..... if I do, will I always be considered a new grad to a hospital b/c I have not had hospital experience? I eventually want to be a labor and delivery nurse, unfortunately I did not work as a PCA/CNA/aide while in school. I just fear that if I take a clinic job, I will never be able to get a job at a hospital. I don't know if anyone might have some insight into this situation.

Thanks!!
Liz, RN, BSN
