Bird Flu Expert to Speak in Boston

An expert on bird flu is coming to Boston this weekend, Oct 20 to talk about
how people can protect themselves from an Avian pandemic if it ever happens.

I don't know if there is a charge for this event, but Dr. Greger is a well
known expert in the field, and director of public health and animal
agriculture for The Humane Society of the United States. He's also the
author of the book "Bird Flu: A Virus of Our Own Hatching."

He has made his book available on-line for free as part of the ongoing effort
to educate the public about the threat of avian flu:
