Hi ChrisA!
I have been looking at Boston Direct Entry nursing programs as well and you should check out MGH Institute of Health Professions (Mass General Hospital). I highly recommend going to the info session as it was one of the best I've been to! The faculty seemed very positive, approachable and enthusiastic about their students and the program. They seemed eager to please their students' needs and the connections the school seemed to have with surrounding Nursing opportunities appeared to be quite advantageous. On the whole, although it is a very young program, they gave the impression that they were very organized and very focused on their students. I have also been to BC's and Northeastern's info sessions but I liked MGH the best. Check out their website (

Also, Simmons College in Boston has a direct entry program as well. One other nursing program I looked into was U Mass Worcester Med School. Although it isn't in Boston and I'm not sure how far from the city you were looking into being but this school is worth looking into. It has limited areas of study for nursing but I thought it looked like a decent program.
I hope that helps some and best of luck with your applications! I'm going to be doing my own this summer!
