Re: location of Johns hopkins Bayview

Do you want to walk or do you own a car? Will you have children needing a school? Do you want city living or suburbs?

There are many options and that will narrow it down a bit

Re: location of Johns hopkins Bayview

i have a vehicle. no kids so schools arent an issue. Im looking for a town that will make my commute kinda easy since traffic stinks. I m trying to avoid the areas that most people come from commuting and not a high crime area. I dont want to move up towards towson. thanks for any info

Highlandtown and Greektown are decent city neighborhoods, imo. I'd also check out Essex and Dundalk. Prices should be way cheaper than Towson and unless there is a major accident that side of the beltway is usually pretty mellow.

White Marsh or Perry Hall. White Marsh is a little on the expensive side, but has your typical franchise restaurants, malls and the movies. The housing is nice and it's not more than 20 minutes away (if that) from Bayview.
