Hi, first I would like to appreciate this site for the info it gives to all the nursing related candidates. It has helped me to be current in nursing. Now as for me I am almost at the end of my NS and I was wondering if there is anyone who is/has been working in holycross hospital, Md. I would really like to know about the working environment. I am looking forward to graduate in july and I am thinking of applying as new grad. Any suggestion will be very helpful thank you in advance for your time.

Welcome to the board! Unfortunately, I can't give you any internal info on Holy Cross. I applied for a position in their postpartum unit, but decided not to take it. I believe their starting hourly rate is roughly $24.33

They have a clinical ladder and they have an internal career fair once a year that gives the internal nurses first dibs to interview for open positions. And I think their benefits are pretty decent.
