Aamc Er

Has anyone worked in the AAMC ER and if so how was it and also do you think a new grad would be ok there and how do they treat their employees and are the nurses union? any help will be appreciated ! thanks

I would like to hear from AAMC ED nurses also. I love the ED that I'm currently in, but AAMC would be so much closer to home... They also have a fully paid pension plan. Which is very nice. I will say that I have read in some threads from travel RN's going there it wasn't a pleasant experience. But that is about all I know.... Would love to hear from you guys......... Thanks.......
