Child care nurse hours

My son is 8 and will go to school. Is there a nurse or some-one who also has 24/7 (possibly) working hours that needs child care?
I was hoping to find another nurse or physician for that matter that would need child care as well and then I would take care of her child when she is working and she of my child when I need to work?
I live in Boothbay Harbor. Any suggetions? or leads?
