I have some questions.
How IS the healthcare?
If someone in the city has chest pain,,SOB, or is bleeding how is the EMS system?
Are emergency departments and hospitals near sufficient?
We know a musician who is staying with family and working. He is homesick but has a cardiac history and is afraind to return.
He hasn't even seen his house since evacuating.
He has a pension, social security, and can keep all his earnings because he's over 70. In other words he has money but is concerned about healthcare.
