I am doing a paper on decubitus ulcers/care, and was wondering if anyone knows the difference between DuoDerm GEL and Hydrogel. I haven't gotten anywhere with Convatec or any or the companies and the DuoDerm gel in my unit doesn't come in a box with a package insert. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks

I have found the best resource for wound care questions/issues is the ET RN. They are specially trained in all aspects of wound care and wound care products. Also, the sales reps from any of the wound supply manufacturers love to give you information and research info. regarding their products.
