Just wanted to say I love my babies and all I do for them but I also realize that I love cardiac, and I want to expand my knowledge to the "adult world"
I was looking into the cardiac thoracic unit at Duke. I was told that they have a good orientation program and this unit keeps you hopping and you continue to increase you skills and level of comfort because of how busy this unit is. Does anyone have any insight into this unit? How difficult do you think it would be to transition from the pediatric population to the adult population? Public and private emails welcomed, thanks!
