Question new grad orientation???

hello everyone,
I'm a nursing student planning to graduate in May with my BSN. I live in MA, and would love to know of any great hospitals that will hire new grads into the critical care or ER setting. Are there any hospitals that have great orientation programs for new grads? I am interested in working in the Boston area, but am open for just about anything. Would love to hear from anybody that has any helpful information. Thanks for your time.
