Looking for info on CTU's vs Cardiac Stepdown Units

My employer just started doing open hearts in '07 and are in the process of converting our tele unit into an official cardiac tele unit. My job is to gather information on how different hospitals operate their CTU's, and to find out what the difference is between CTU and Cardiac Stepdown - if there is one. Anyone have any comments, information or direction for me? I've been trying to research for articles on CINAHL and haven't been very lucky.
