I have been nominated if you want to say to start up a new cath lab in my small town. I just wanted to talk with someone that has set one up to make sure that I have everything I need.

Oh my, what a task! I've never set one up, just worked in 'em. Could you tour the area hospitals and talk w/their staff AND managers about what works, doesn't work, equipment, staffing, flow, supplies, inventory review, billing, etc etc??? Other than that I don't have much to help you with, except wishing you the very best of luck, and keep us posted as to how you're progressing with it! --- Diana
