Yay I passed!!! It was SOOOO hard. We don't utilize swan's on our hearts much and most of the questions were hemodynamically related. Fortunatly, they gave us enough information (like CVP, UOP, CT drainage, MAP, HR) for me to determine the "hopefully" correct answer. The way we (at my hospital) practice is so not what they asked. But it is over and I PASSED!!! YAY!!!
Sorry, I am so late to the party!!!!!
CONGRATULATIONS, CVICURN2003, CCRN!!

Thanks deeDawntee and everyone! yep this thread has been very helpful to me.. for everyone who's taking the ccrn and probably sub specialties in the future, know your hemodynamics by heart.. those always comes out.. learn your diffential diagnosis,(eg, mitral valve disease, right sided hf, cardiogenic shock, etc.), and when you get good at it, these questions are going to feel like bonus questions for you.. i had probably 12-18 hemodynamics question in ccrn, and around 8-12 each on the csc and cmc.. those are going to be real lifesavers especially when a lot of questions that are coming out are not familiar to you.. so good luck to everybody.. i'm just around if you guys have any questions..

Im just happy now that I dont have to retake anything..lol..
WOO HOOO, stillwater!! . Quite an accomplishment!!!!
CONGRATULATIONS ON PASSING THE CCRN, CMC, and CSC!!!!!!!!!!

Hey godsgem, hit it out of the park!! Don't let those 25 ungraded questions shake your confidence...they can be absurdly difficult...and will usually come near the beginning of the test. I knew this info, but it still was very frustrating for me, but if you can, just let go of those REALLY hard questions as you go along.
What are you going to do for yourself as a reward? You really ought to have something planned...
Can't wait to hear from you when you are a CCRN!!!

Your 2 year old will be fine!! Who can resist sponge bob and popsicles!! Sounds good to me..
Definitely, some kind of reward should be part of the process!! It could be anything! It depends on what you like.... perhaps a massage, or a 'girl's night out', or dinner with your husband...maybe even a piece of jewelry that you would never buy for yourself to signify this accomplishment....
I am sending good wishes your way... you are going to do fine.

I PASSEEEEDDDDDD!!!! YEAH I AM NOW OFFICIALLY RN-CCRN... ....THANK GOD
took the test this afternoon, was really easy, easier than i expected, as usual i overstudied, passed with an 86% overall, my achilles heel was MODS, i HATE that section arrhhh, but its all over, thanks to yall for all the encouragement and for those waiting to take it, it really is not tricky i acutally knew i passed as soon as i was done....a feeling i was lacking when i took the NCLEX because u had to choose the best answer between 2 really good options, in the CCRN u just have to pick the RIGHT answer, hence it removes second guessing between 2 good answers...
Now to stomp on the CSC and the GRE is my next mission...
