Hello,
nursedaisy,:Melody:
It would be great if you could take a dysrrhythmia course/class beforehand, but, it really is not necessary. Just helps in rhythm identification.
You can expect to be nervous. Most everyone are very, very nervous. First timers and ones who have taken it many times. It comes natural.
I teach ACLS and I do understand this fear/anxiety about the course.
I do hope you get your book well in advance to study.
Guess what? I would bet you do as good if not better than some of the ones who have taken ACLS before.
Relax and just study. You will do fine. Good luck.
