Peer interview

Tommorrow I will have a second interview with Jewish hospital and they are calling it a peer interview. I understand the jist of peer interview but does anyone know a little more about them?

It's usually where a group of nurses from the unit interview you to see if you'd be a good fit. They usually have a pre-written set of questions to ask you.
