Pay Rate?

does anyone know what the starting payrate for RN's around Lexington KY?
I am looking at relocating.

I'm a nursing student in Lexington. I don't know for sure, but I think I've heard that $20/hr is the norm. If someone knows something different, let me know.

I looked on St. Joseph's website and every position that I saw that had a salary posted (and wasn't some sort of special pool position that gave you more money for no benefits) was $20.63.

UK's and Central Baptist's sitea don't list salary info (that I could find...)
