Can anyone tell me if eastern kentucky has a nursing shortage? Also, is pay good for an LPN? Thanks!

I live in Detroit, Michigan and I have family that live and work in the Pikeville area. The pay there is much lower than here in Michigan. You should contact which hospitals you are interested in and ask the staff.
