Re: Beckfield College RN program

Hi. I didn't get into the October class, just found out it is full. I didn't even get the chance to interview. I am really bummed out but I am keeping a positive view. I am going to an LPN program in Ky starting in July. I am really excited. It is a 15 month program and they IV certify as well. It is expensive but I am not looking at cost, they have a good nclex pass success rate at all their other campuses(this campus just got the pn program last year) and it is a really small campus, 20 students per class I think. So, I will still be a nurse, work as an lpn for awhile and then go back for my RN. I will get there one day. Good luck in your classes!!!

Re: Beckfield College RN program

My husband was just offered a job in Cincinnati and we might be moving but, we would be living in Florence Ky.. Anyways, I was wondering if you could tell me what colleges are in that area.. I am looking to go back to school either for my Lpn or Rn.. Any advice that you can give me would be greatly appreciated..

Re: Beckfield College RN program

hello. Well, I live in Cincinnati but attend Brown Mackie College in Fort Mitchell KY. I am not sure of colleges or programs around Florence but Fort Mitchell is very close! I am attending their LPN program. It is open enrollment there but you have to maintain an 80% throughout the program to pass. I am in my second week of Anatomy and Physiolgoy I. I am loving it so far. Small classes and the instructor we have this time is wonderful!!!! I am really excited to be attending. It is quite expensive but from what I have heard and keep hearing, well worth it! I applied at Beckfied college but as I am sure you read, I didn't even get an interview. So my goal now is to get thru LPN school and work as an LPN for awhile and then go back to get my RN. I wish you all the best! Keep us posted as to what you do regarding schooling. Good luck.
