Hi!

I am an adult student (42) starting classes in August at UK. Pre-reqs are done and orientation is on August 26. I think it is pretty cool that orientation is on my birthday because I feel like I am starting my "new life" on a great day! I know that I am in for a lot of hard work, but since I have been going to school full time while working full time in a very stressful job, I know I can handle this.

I would love to know if anyone else is starting at UK this fall?

I'm supposed to be starting the RN-BSN program this fall. I say supposed to be because unless I find employment in the next 2 weeks or so I won't be able to go this year

What kind of work are you looking for? An LPN position?

I'm looking for an RN position. I graduated with my ADN in May and can't find a job in the field I want. Heck I've even applied outside the field I want and still nothing.
