Hey all! I'm moving to Wichita in the next few months and was wondering which hospital has the better NICU to work in, Wesley or Via Christi?? I will only have about a year under my belt experience in Nursery/NICU care when I move, will they still consider me, or do I need more experience?? Any advice would be appreciated!!

I'm not a nurse, but when I asked my Peri which had the better NICU he said that both hospitals have excellent NICU's.
