KC shift differentials

I saw on another thread they were discussing differentials. Some were amazing. That made me wonder, closer to home what are the differentials offered?

I work in Topeka and it is 10% nights and 10% weekends. No extra for charge!

How about your hospital???

Re: KC shift differentials

In Wichita, it's 15% shift diff (1500-0700), 25% weekend diff (2300 Fri - 0700 Mon), 3% charge (if you are the hired charge) and $2/hr relief charge (at least in my unit). The diffs are cummulative meaning a total of 40% diff at 0300 Saturday morning.

Re: KC shift differentials

From weekday day shift to weekend night shift I typically see about $5-7 diff. I work agency though and have for many years full-time, so I'm out of the loop on staff diffs.
