Well, it's nice to talk to you in another online realm!
I've heard great things about St. Luke's Hospital, and if my husband and I stay in the area I would like to work there. I start the LPN program at JCCC next week and I'm really looking foward to finally getting started on my nursing education. I did look at both programs (KU and St. Luke's), but upon getting into the LPN program in early June I decided not to pursue either of those programs at the moment. Since it worked out this way, I'm going to try to bridge into an ADN program and then get my BSN online. I have a classmate who's an RN and she's about to start the combo BSN/MS program at KU. This too is an attractive idea--getting both degrees in one shot while already working as an RN.
In your nutrition class intro you mentioned KU's online BSN, do you know how competitive that program is?
