Smile Any LPNs?

I am thinking about doing the LPN program at JCCC and wanted any input you could give me. For now that would be my best bet and then possibly later on going on to the RN program if I feel thats what is best. Any advice/comments? THANKS!

Re: Any LPNs?

I can't help you much because I'm actually starting the LPN full time program this fall, but I know there are people on this website who graduated last year. Maybe try posting in a different section?

This is probably the wrong forum for this type of question; this is a forum for nurses of all types who live in Kansas. And as you can see, there is not a lot traffic here. Check out the agency nurses forum or the general LPN forum:

Hope that helps.

Re: Any LPNs?

Did you get in the JCCC program?

If not, look into KCKATS (Kansas City Kansas Area Technical School). I just started this LPN program last Monday and am so far quite content with it. The price is right ($3,500 for 9 months) and my wait time was only 4 months from the time I had completed my pre-reqs.
Their phone number is 913- 627-4100 if you are interested (or anyone else for that matter!). Their website is not very helpful, FYI.....

Hope this information is beneficial.
