IA board has sent my paperwork back and understands my dillema but thats what they require for residency!! I need my board paperwork to go to a IA address preferably Davenport. Active AZ license or not that's the rules for state employment. I would fly back and change state's for drivers license but they WILL NOT mail it out of state. Open to suggestions.
Does this requirement apply only to state employees? Or is it because both AZ and IA are compact states? I have endorsed my license from IL to 4 different states, applying prior to each move, and never had any difficulty with qualifying for licensure from out of state, or having a license mailed to me out of state. I simply changed my address with the BON once I moved.
I feel for you. This is nuts!
