need help

Hi everyone,
I am Madu,
I just got my RN license from state of IA. But it is very hard to find a job here. I really appreciate if anyone can tell me any hospital or nursing facility that sponsor foreign nurses?
Thank you.

The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City might. They did for me in the middle 80's with the last nursing shortage.
