I know that St. Lukes in CR does it...I am not sure however if it is only available to their employees or if any LPN can participate! Good Luck!

Blackhawk has an IV cert class. They use to have trouble filling it though. It took me a couple of tries because they kept canceling the class for low registration. I think know they let new grad/license pending students take the class.
