partnership is dissolving. The Ivy Tech in my county stinks - offers worthless classes that no one wants to take and they get cancelled. Meanwhile students have to drive a 100 miles or more to take the classes they really want to get jobs. I hope this will force Ivy Tech to get it's act together.
