You betcha! Skyscape probaly already has it done and it waiting on the appstore release (early July). I base this assumption on two things...
1)
http://www.skyscape.com/iphone/iphoneintro.aspx
from the website
"Skyscape is working with Apple to bring the next generation of medical applications to your iPhone and iPod Touch... We expect to release an upgrade that maximizes the capabilities of the iPhone platform." - skyscape
2)porting existing code/programs into iphones is crazy easy. Developers already have access to the tools they need to do this...
If you are going to buy an iPhone.....wait for the new model available at
$199 (8 gigs) in early July!!! (2 year AT&T contract required) This is why all the cell phone companies are trying to get people to by phones at $199 NOW. They are terrified of the iPhones new price in July, and want to saturate the 200 dollar market to try to weaken its release.
The new software update will also give us access to viewing powerpoint, and some other features...
I cant stress enough how much i love my iPod Touch. I really think iPod/iPhone is the future of medical PDAs.
There are also some Anatomy and Phys programs to help students memorize "on the go" coming in July. I saw the demo on keynotes and it looks awesome....
